"In business, time is money, and this store has wasted our time. I'm the manager of the installation department of Closet America. We have had an account with you for the past 8 years . We have ordered paint from different store locations in all DMV. I sent my guy to pick up a can of paint, and you gave a bunch of excuses to not give him the paint. We waste so much time, and you guys made him paid out of his pocket. You also mentioned you were not sure if he worked for us when he had his uniform and a huge truck outside with the logo. We will never come back to this store again. This happened 9/9/23 at 12:00."

"Purchased 1 quart of Exterior paint. The shelf price showed $29 and xx cents. He said the system showed $31 and xx cents. He should have honored the shelf price."

"I arrived at this store at 2:30 pm on 04/11/2021. There was a sign on the front door that said "OUT TO LUNCH". Finally 30 or so minutes later a young black male appears from the inside, he rips the Lunch Sign out of the window and walks away not unlocking the front door or even informing me to use the side door. NEXT I order my paint and not once, but TWICE this individual STOPPED MY ORDER to take care of folks that walked in AFTER I DID and they walked up to the side of the counter instead of waiting in line.. very poor customer service. If her does it again I will be leaving the store without my order. Check your cameras and you will see all of this unprofessional service. Guess What, he just stopped my order AGAIN for the 3rd time even before I finish this review. I'm gone. This guy needs some serious Customer Service training."
