"Made an appointment for today. Monday November 3rd.. dude shows up. I was told it’s 119$ for under 500sq ft. It was just over 300sq ft. And then tried to tell me it was an extra 50$ for the stairs. I tell him I just want the basic cleaning for the 119$+50$ for the stairs and then he tells me he can’t do it today and someone will be calling me to set up appointment, which would’ve never happened. he is a straight up piece of trash and you should never let him near your house"

"Highly disappointed…the technician came into my home and talked me into the more expensive deep cleaning. My carpet is older and was in need of a thorough cleaning, so I agreed to this level of cleaning. After a very quick cleaning, he showed me the carpet and was very quick to show me what he viewed as flaws in my carpet and areas that did not get 100% clean. He did this in a very rude manner and made me feel as if I did something wrong for having a “dirty” carpet. Since the carpet was wet, it was difficult to tell how the rest looked. When the carpet dried, I was very disappointed since there were still spots that were not removed. I had to use my “Bissell” steam cleaner to go over the areas again to get the carpet clean. This was a big waste of $300 and do not recommend this company."

"Last week, Target Carpet Care came out to my house to deep clean 3 carpeted bedrooms and a long hallway in addition to 2 area rugs. They did an AMAZING job! I had some pet stains that I had cleaned before, but, for some reason, they kept reappearing. Target cleaned those areas and they now look brand new! They were professional and very well-priced. I HIGHLY recommend this company."
