"The staff at this store are always exceptionally helpful. After a not great experience with another Sherwin-Williams store where the associate was clearly just not interested in assisting we called this location as it's usually our default anyway. Not only were they able to assist with the issue but also gave us all our options since PG had just begun re-opening after covid-19 shut downs. Thank you Adam for all your assistance!"

"I don’t often post reviews, but my experience was really great here. I had originally gone to a Lowe’s where I picked the color I wanted and was planning to just get a gallon or two there along with the supplies. After reading some negative reviews of the quality of paint at Lowe’s of both the Sherwin Williams (Infinity and Showcase products) and Valspar brands, I decided to go to a stand alone Sherwin Williams location because they offered the full lineup of their products. I wasn’t exactly looking for much help before walking in, but an employee named James ended up helping me with everything and I’m really glad. I’m new to the whole DIY painting scene and he helped me get exactly what I needed - no more and no less. He was super friendly and was able to talk me through what my options were for each product and was honest with what I could expect in terms of quality and I didn’t feel taken advantage of by any sort of up-selling tactics. I’m not sure if every Sherwin Williams store is like this, but the next time I have a painting project, I’ll be sure to visit them first to find out."

"The customer service here is excellent and very knowledgeable. The manager Leon knew what he was doing and guided me to the right paint materials. I will definitely come back again and recommend this overs to chose their paint. I also recommend to just come and see this great place for yourself."

"Once you finally get to the counter, they were very helpful. It took me 30 minutes to speak to someone and there was only 2 people in front of me, and of course one of their "regulars" was allowed to cut in front of everyone. Most annoying was listening to the employee chomp and pop his gum as he was helping customers. Very unprofessional. I would recommend the store for the paint, not the customer service."

"I've been to several Sherwin-Williams stores by now. They have excellent paint for home projects. Though a bit expensive, it is actually worth the extra cost--not something I say lightly. However, I highly recommend waiting for sales or using coupons, which are regularly available over the course of a season. At this store, the staff are knowledgeable and patient, which is normal for Sherwin-Williams. However, this store seems to run low on supplies periodically."
