"What I thought was good customer service turned out to be bad. I’m not going to track down someone to spend my money. In any case, please shop around. There are plenty of similar places around College Park and Beltsville that offer better pricing."

"We were initially very impressed with this shop which is right around the corner from home for us - Lizbet presented as a professional sales person, and we picked a quartz pattern in less than 15 minutes with her design advice. She told us the next step was to email her the kitchen plans so she could order the right amount of quartz. We did that right away using the information on her card that she gave us. She did not respond. Three days later, I forwarded the email and attachments to her again. No response. I called the number where I had initially reached her, same as the one on Google and on her card. Left a voicemail. No call back. It was extremely confusing to us, as we were ready to hand her our business and order immediately. We did not have any sense from our visit to the store that she was unable or unwilling to work with us for any reason at all. All systems were “go” as far as we knew. We are still extremely confused by the ghosting, and the store still has its “open” lights on the front. We were forced to find another vendor and pick a pattern we liked less, and were disappointed not to give a neighborhood company our business."
