"I’m here once or twice a week. The pros - shelves are almost always well stocked. Rarely do I not find what I’m looking for. The cons - pre sliced lunch meat is almost always store brand and there is little to no selection - usually only one or two lanes open - some of the cashiers are a little rude/standoffish. I try to be nice, smile and even engage them in conversation. One or two reply, but the majority of them barely speak or acknowledge you. - no self checkout."
"Several associates at this location have the customer service skills of a syphlitic lizard, including one of the store managers. I'll be much happier at Wegmans."
"I shop here all the time. Just avoid it on game day as everyone from downingtown to coatesville hits this place up for chow otherwise they always have stuff in stock and not to mention the deli here is on point never waiting for an hour to get my stuff like other grocery stores in the area that I won't mention by name here."
"Food is all spoiled. I bought two steaks from there and opened them as soon as I got home and they were spoiled and smelled horrible. They told me to bring them back so I did. When I opened the bag I had them in to show them, the smell was so nauseating the woman gagged and told me to please close up the bag. Another time, I bought a container of nature promise (store brand) wet dog food. When I opened it to feed to my dog, I noticed it had black and green sludge covering it. I called and they said they would remove the products from the shelf but they didn’t. Buyer beware!"
"Layout doesn't make sense, there's no self check out or at least there wasn't when I was there, and bakery selection sucks It looks like they're trying to fit a supermarket into a space too small for what they want. They only had two lanes open and of course the people in the 15 items or less lane all had more than 15 items. I wish there was just one place that actually unforced this. I bought a cake for my daughter's birthday and was surprised to see they didn't have any type of lemon cakes. Their cake selection is quite pitiful. The store seemed clean and the employees were nice."
