"Had an issue with a leak and improperly installed drain hose with a dishwasher install. Matt was quick to reply and forward my concerns to the delivery manager but I haven’t heard anything after a week. Not something you should have to deal with when paying for install. Had to fix myself, and to be fair the leak may not fully be the installers fault but they should have tested the drain so it wasn’t a surprise. But would’ve appreciated a reply and solution. Hopefully I don’t have actual issues with the appliance in the future."
"I had a great experience overall. Our dryer went, and we were lucky it didn’t cause a fire. I called up Gerhards and referenced a sale I saw in their circular. The model I was looking at wasn’t exactly right for me, and Michael recommended a couple of other models that were in the same price range and fit better for how we do laundry. He was really knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Got a great deal on their promotional sale they were running and they delivered and installed two days later. It was a great experience all the way around. We redid our entire kitchen with appliances from them two years earlier and immediately went back when our dryer went. I highly recommend them!!"
"I’d leave zero Stars if I could! The only thing easy with Gerhard’s was their ability to take our money. After spending close to $15,000 on brand new appliances, Their delivery of our appliances was a disaster. They damaged our new dryer during installation. When we went to test it out we could audibly hear loud metal on metal screeching and grinding. Instead of just taking it away and getting us a new undamaged dryer, they sent out their appliance repair service. Their appliance repair service tech went and just ordered a side panel that was visually bent inward, to be replaced, without even looking inside to see if the interior components were damaged. We still await for that repair to take place 3 weeks later. Terrible customer support over this matter and our sales representative ignored our phone calls from delivery day and for the next two weeks after we left 4 voicemails. Their installation of our appliances was a disaster as their installation technicians don’t know building codes and got into a verbal argument with my contractor over installation methods for my new appliances. They didn’t install the appliances on the first attempt over this disagreement. My contractor went and made all the necessary installation request for them and it made my inspection with the township fail. My contractor had to undo what they requested and make the installation set up pass the inspection. When they came to finish their installation they didn’t come with all the necessary plumbing and electrical connection components and my contractor had to fix that as well! I’m really not sure what I paid installation for as they barely did any of the work and my contractor did most of the installation for them. The one appliance they installed on the first visit was the refrigerator. They neglected to remove all the packing material like the plastic wrap and blue tape from the refrigerator and they didn’t unpack or install the drawers or shelving inside the refrigerator. I had to do all of that myself. The Wolf range has some scratches from the installation as well. All in all Gerhard’s is probably the worst appliance vendor I’ve ever had to deal with. I won’t be returning for anything from them in the future! I’m still Hoping for a new dryer and not just repairs to a brand new dryer from them and a refund for installation! ***Update** After waiting 4 agonizing weeks of listening to what sounded like nails on a chalkboard emanating from my laundry room, and ultimately a natural gas leak from the damaged dryer, which I luckily isolated with the gas shutoff, Gerhard’s finally sent me a new dryer that was undamaged and runs great. They also sent the repair technician out the same day to repair the old dryer that was damaged and leaking natural gas. Poor communication on their end there and I sent the technician away without his help needed! The other scratched appliances have not been addressed nor has the refund for install!"

I needed a full kitchen appliances bundle and not only did Gerhard's beat the competitors prices significantly, but I was able to get everything selected, ordered, and Christina even emailed my contractor all the specs for me. They were able to schedule the delivery exactly the day I needed to get it during the busy holiday season. Exceptionally easy to work with. Appreciate the prompt follow up on questions regarding my order. No big box store can beat buying local for customer service and great people!"
