"I wish I could post this with zero stars. I have went to Gonzaga Family Health for years but this past year has been horrendous!!! The front desk people at the Frostburg office are rude & condescending! Will be switching doctors ASAP! Ran out of my medication after not only speaking with staff but leaving multiple messages concerning my refills only to have them NOT send it to the pharmacy. Carrie who finally sent them today made it seem like it was a huge inconvienience for her to have to complete that task, then thr pharmacy calls because she sent the WRONG PRESCRIBTION!!!! Try to call to get the right prescribtion sent and get put on HOLD indefinitely!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS for a doctors office to be that lacking for patients care & health!!!"
