Denny Delaney - State Farm Insurance Agent

"Hung up on me after HIS mistake cost me over $100. The quote Delaneys office gave me and the bill I got was $50 difference PER MONTH! I called to discuss this with the agent. When he interrupted me I said “Excuse me sir, I’m speaking still” to which he responded “I don’t give a sh— if you’re talking, who the hell do you think you are?” And then hung up on me. They have refused to even acknowledge they made any mistake whatsoever. And I was left with State Farm charging me over $100 more, before I wised up and changed companies. I would not recommend this agent to anyone whatsoever. They were the ONLY agent I had throughout my adult life, and after over a decade of business with them, they are not even willing to discuss the issue with me??? Completely unprofessional."

"Denny Delaney is an unprofessional agent for State Farm. His firm made a serious error on insurance on a new car. He quoted the price, it was acceptable and waited for the new bill. They neglected to ask for a payment then, and didn't find out until insurance was a mess. Have since gone to another agent with State Farm. Mr. Delaney used inappropriate language on the phone and then hung up when questioned about the error. Would not recommend his agency to anyone."
