"This office is unreliable and the nursing staff do not take the time to follow through with patients medication or concerns. My husband has been without his medication for over 15 days because they never bothered to send his scripts to the pharmacy, after assuring him twice that they were going to. I gave one star because i had to not because it was earned. It saddens me to think that people are depending on this facility for care."
