"I walked in and while 1 customer was being attended to, 2 other fairly young employees were leaning on the edge of the counter, talking and on their phones for 5+ minutes. I didn't even realize they were employees until someone from outback called them to serve me. I wanted a siding match and the young man told me they don't have that siding and their store in Alexandria doesn't either. I was about to go when the man from out back came looked at my siding, pressed a few buttons on the computer and told me there is 120+ lengths in Alexandria. This young man has little to no interest and is terrible at the front desk. I won't be coming back to the store again, I will stick to Alexandria."
