"One stop I recommend you make when traveling on Route 97 in New York. A cute ice cream parlor offering a large assortment of delicious ice cream. I had the French Roast coffee flavored ice cream with a scoop of their delicious chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles for less than four dollars. Both flavors were outstanding and worth the price. Please note their ice cream is not made at The Cow Lick, instead they offer Perry's Ice Cream, New York's very own ice cream brand. Based in Akron New York, Perry's Ice Cream has been manufacturing ice cream for more than 100 years, and they have technique down to a science. The staff at The Cow Lick are super friendly, and go beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. There are picnic tables with a canopy on the right hand side if you to quickly enjoy your ice cream. There are days on the weekend, depending on the time of day, you'll see a line of eager ice cream fanatics waiting patiently to buy their portion. Ample parking is available, plus there's a unisex bathroom available. Enjoy ☺️"
