"Mr. Marco Washington, the sales rep, called to confirm our appointment and arrived at our agreed upon time. He measured the floors, helped me choose an appropriate carpet. He stayed in communication with me through the entire process. I never had to wonder about the status of my order and project. When it came time to schedule the installment I was given a choice of three days. On the day I had chosen for the installation, I received a call from one of the installers telling me the time frame for their arrival. Mario and William arrived promptly at 10:45am and began to work on the job. Mario kept me informed as the job progressed. Because of the many cuts required, due to numerous “hatches” in the flooring, Mario informed me that the job was taking longer than expected. Mario and William worked tirelessly until the job was finished. It was nearly 6:30PM. They left the job site in perfect condition.
