"Manager Souleymane is Horrible. Today I had my receipt to return my core transmission with my returnable transmission. Manager Souleymane denied me access to return the transmission stating he didn’t have enough cash. I explained I paid with my debit card. I asked if he could return it to my card? He said he has to check with his GM. He walked to the middle of the aisle away from me so I couldn’t hear what was said and came back saying no he could not honor it. I bought my transmission 4 days ago from a store in PA. I live in MD. He told me I have to return it back to the PA store. Both the store in PA and Corporate advised I didn’t have to take it to any specific Autozone because they all can do returns. I would not recommend this location as the manager is very hard to deal with. Take the extra drive to Reisterstown Rd location. Manager is not just difficult with me but other customers as well."
