"Hi Everyone, My name is Danny, owner of Danny Ds Burgers in Port Jervis. Here to give credit where credit is due! As most people I have been to McDonald’s all over the country. I spent a couple hours shopping at Walmart and hunger struck! Conveniently in the parkinglot was a McDonald’s. I hit the drive through with very low expectations. Was immediately greeted with a very patient person on the speaker. Placed my order, pulled around, and was greeted kindly with a welcoming smile. Payed for my order and pulled up to the next window to be greeted again, by yet ANOTHER very kind person. Very sweet A - game customer service. Now to the food! We all have memories of fresh fries, hot burgers, and crispy soda. I’ve sadly grown comfortable with the under par quality from Monticello, Ellenville, etc. but not here… not at the McDonald’s in Matamoras, PA in the Walmart parking-lot. Everything was hot, fresh, and salted exactly how I like. I wish the other owners surrounding kept up the same quality of customer service and food. Sooooo glad I stopped! Food was great, and the smiles in the drive through made my night. THANK YOU!"

"Basically ok place to stop. They regularly address customers in an unprofessional manner (like honey, hun etc) and when asked to stop they get offended or make excuses. Also they do not wear gloves when handling food so I'll probably avoid this place from now on."

"I ordered through the McDonald's application and earned a ton of rewards points. I also got $16 off my purchase, using a coupon only available through the app. Food was ready when I arrived, as promised. No mistakes to re order. This location has a play place, which is cool."

"So I suffer from acid reflux and need my food to be made right or i will get extremely sick. I had simply asked for my McDoubles to be COOK TO ORDER! And instead i got old 10:1 patties and some kind of weird sauce when i asked for steak seasoning. Manager on duty was Chloe, she did not clarify the order nor did she ask me personally THE CUSTOMER! What i wanted because they put everything as “special request “ and rely on communication that they do not have to make the order correctly Please do better"

"The kiosk ordering system is great but they forgot our drink cups. The folks waiting at the next table had the same issue as did another table we saw. $24 for two combos is probably the standard with inflation, but you can do better elsewhere for a few dollars more and eat healthier. Oh well, it's Mickey D's and at least its standardized wherever you go."
