"I attempted to make a donation. Menagerie informed me that they are not accepting donations. No thank you offered. I was told to take my donation to Goodwill. The staff told me that they have so many donations that the fire Marshall has threatened to fine them. The employees were unpleasant, unappreciative, and rude. I spoke to the manager the next day. I honestly thought that she would thank me and apologize. She accused me of being the rude one and hung up on me."
