"Nice store just wish they had shirts bigger then 2 x. Staff are mostly friendly there was one at checkout she was in some mood but it wasn't the b worst experience."

"So, if you have never been inside this store, I'll give you a good description! Clothing styles and sizes are hit and miss.. same with their shoes! If you are lucky enough to find something you like that is in your size, then it's your lucky day! This is a big discount store, like a value city .. Fun experience if you like looking for bargains and have money to burn!"

"The store closes at 10pm and I wanted to try several things on around 9:15pm when Fawn, some atrocious looking lady with badly dyed hair, and too much makeup on told me the fitting rooms close at 9pm in the most rudest and unpleasant way possible. She seemed so miserable with her life, like her husband just cheated on her or something with someone younger and more attractive. Well, I asked politely couldn’t she just open it for me because it wasn’t like it was 9:55 or something. I don’t shop too often at Burlington, and don’t know the store policies, and I just got out of work, too. She said they close the fitting rooms an hour early so the employees can clean up or whatever. It was 9:15 on a random Monday night. The store was not busy at all. If I didn’t like what I tried on, I would’ve gladly put them back myself, because she obviously was too lazy to. I don’t think Kohl’s right next door, or other clothing stores have that policy. When I called the store speaking to a different manager, I could hear her screaming in the background. Fawn was unprofessional, shows how much she hates her life, was such a disgusting old lady, extremely lazy, doesn’t know how to speak to customers, smelled of nasty perfume, does not know how to dress, horrible personality, and should probably not be in customer service. I would be extremely embarrassed and humiliated to be her. I honestly cannot imagine speaking to anyone that way. Poor, miserable lady."

"This store was very clean, super organized and customer service associates that we dealt were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop here again. Plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean also."
