"I previously have commented very favorably about my positive impression of Red Carpet based upon the selection, pricing, and installation processes that I experienced some months back. I'm going to add to that today, just after having received post-installation minor remedial services that really have to do with normal "wear and tear" rather than with any problem with the initial installation. First, the company's primary interface with the public is Ramona who is a gem at customer service, which itself is a manifestation of the owner's religiously-centered business practices. I secured an early appointment and was treated as if I had an urgent matter, which it really wasn't. Second, Mike the installation technician is professional, polite, and obviously very good at his work, based upon how, by looking at the carpet, you'd think that it had just been installed. Third, Shuie the owner remains involved and caring about his customer every step of the way. All of us endure procurement-settings in which the only question is how we're going to get the short end of the stick. It's just wonderful to have the totally opposite experience in relating with Shuie where the customer is left to wonder if the customer has adequately expressed his appreciation for both what's done and how it is done!
