"I was playing thr slots at smoking Joe today Sept 1st at 430. I ran out of 20.00 and had asked the clerk for change for a 100.00 bill He said he can't open the drawer unless there's a purchase. Ok , so I sent my kids to get a drink and handed him 5 dollars for the drinks and the 100.00 dollar bill he handed me back two 50.00 bills I asked if he had any 20s he said No and walked away. I Expressed myself and said that was RUDE and he said he didn't have enough to give me. I guess he might have told me that beforehand? Just then another customer that had just walked in defend him and asked me to JUST leave. That was rude also I have no Idea why I was treated in this Rude manner and left the store. Never to return to such Rudness again."

"1 star only because 0 is not an option. Rudest cashier in the world, inappropriate behavior and no customer service skills what so ever. This guy would not give change without a purchase. So we made a purchase, he gave change without asking what we wanted and when asked for $20s, rudely said no and walked away. When we commented about the rudeness, a customer that just walked is stuck her nose in our business and defended the cashier. I don't know what it is about Friendsville, but it certainly is not friendly! Don't recommend going there and I won't be back either."

"I was there this morning around 10am. The clerk was beyond helpful. Helped me with an issue and when they were out of what I wanted he went and found it in the stock area. Very polite as is everyone I've dealt with there before."
