"I am sick to my stomach. Brought my cat in to be shaved and bathed, she returned with her whiskers cut off. Called to ask why this would ever happen and was assured id recieve a call back, recieved a text message from the groomer and owner saying she came in with her whiskers cut off. Cat came home discombobulated and clearly anxious, common symptoms of having whiskers trimmed according to the internet. I also literally have a picture of her the morning she was shaved and her whiskers are there. Not trust worthy, not honest."
