"Upon calling Dipaola a friendly receptionist quickly took all applicable information and made it easy to setup up an appointment to have a tech come out and prepare an estimate for the work needed. In a timely manner a friendly and educated tech came out and looked at the work we needed to have completed. There was no prior mention of any charges or fees to have an estimate completed prior to his arrival. Upon completion of his inspection we were informed that a $99 fee needed to be paid for the visit but that it would go towards the future visit. Although being made aware of the fee prior to the visit would have been the professional way to go about it I willingly paid the fee anticipating that they would be receiving my business for a future visit to complete the work talked about. It has been over two weeks now. The check given to the tech was cashed, no estimate was received, and no follow up calls or emails were conducted by Dipaola. Unless you want to give away $99 to be ghosted then I strongly suggest to look elsewhere for your HVAC needs."

"Nathan and Dave made a 10 pm Saturday night emergency plumbing visit for a burst pipe. They were wonderful! Fixed the pipe in under an hour and were very personable and made the best of an unfortunate situation."
