"We love CB! Only place we'll get our dog & cat food. Staff at both Washington & Phillipsburg locations are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I do wish that hours for the Phillipsburg location were more convenient for myself- as in weekend availability- but I assume that's because they're on a back road, so they don't get as much business as they should!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they had my hold order ready and waiting for me, the store had a selection of every pet need you could think of (including grooming supplies like blades and attachments) and being able to just stop by to pick up an order is so convenient. Will definitely be making this a regular stop"

"No idea why they have a retail location at this place. There's a small row of locally made foods to pick from, and one or two of some of their top selling grooming products, but that's it. If you know exactly what you're looking for they can get it out of the warehouse, but be prepared with a list of what you'd purchasing when you walk in. I like to browse and was looking for a couple of things that I didn't have a specific product name in mind for so this was really disappointing. The worst part was the room itself - it's entirely lit by a deep red light and there's a loud generator behind one of the walls. Even with the awesome customer service, it was painful to be in there."
