I live in the city, so most contractors bug me with where they should park. Not only did he not do that with his truck+trailer, but he spoke with a neighbor whose driveway he was partially obstructing and ensured that they were okay with it and he would move when needed. Nowadays, I have gotten used to paying big money for a lackluster job performance and poor attention to detail. However, I was extremely surprised by the quality and attentiveness of Grato Property Care. He was easy to work with in setting up a time for the job and was punctual in his arrival. He took his time and was very thorough in his cleaning and even gave me before and after pics to show how much of a mess it was before hand. Beyond that, he pressure flushed my french drains and afterwards, the flow was much improved.
