"For those who are not made aware, you need to have your laundry in before 8 even though it doesn’t say anywhere here that it is a rule. If you don’t then you’re wasting your time"

"with all the up charging this place has done i hope they use some of that extra revenue on better equipment or pay their employees better. The higher prices don’t affect me, but what about the older ppp who have to live on a fixed budget. i think this laundry mat should be thankful and lucky to be in a location like irwin. if the price hike is a money thing i think a subscription model would work much better, but what do i know?"

"ive been going here for over 10 years usually its awesome. im not a thief . i dont steal and over the years have spent alot of money there. it is the cleanest laundromat around. BUT……. tonight as i was putting 5 quarters in two separate dryers , an older lady was staring at me like i was a common criminal. i was going to ask her what was wrong but did not. i swear if it happens again i will ask. again i am not a thief or criminal. i dont need anyone watching me like i am. im very upset over this."

"Many out of order machines. One machine was leaking water all over the floor. I was blamed for the leak due to too many clothes and after waiting a good amount of time, I was told to move my clothes. The attendant was very rude and disrespectful. The owner showed up a short time later and told me I was no longer welcome for "overloading machines". This was my first time and last time visiting."

"I’ve been going there for years in, never had an issue until the other day when I had an encounter with the the older lady with spiky hair. Told me it was my fault. I have to wait for the quarters to register before I put another quarter in and proceeded to tell me that I won’t get any of my money back and to take my stuff out. She wasn’t talking quietly either. I already had a load in so I kept that in but took all my other clothes back on car and went somewhere else. Goes to show how an employee can affect a business with a nasty attitude. Like I said I’ve been going to this laundromat for YEARS. not one problem. She was very unprofessional and would’ve rather spent time conversating than trying to help me with the machine."
