"In January 2021 we sadly had a water leak in our basement. We contacted Jenkins Plumbing. Thankfully Terry Jenkins came out the same day. We were afraid we would have to wait for better weather - continuing to shop an vac water leaking in our basement. Terry reassured us that he could accomplish this even in these winter weather conditions.He and his crew did just that. They replaced a water line from the road to our house approximately 100 feet. He assured us that the water would be turned off for that day only. He did just that - accomplishing all of that in one day. It was impossible to grade the soil removed to replace the water line in the snow and ice that existed. Terry reassured us that he would come back in the spring and grade it adding gravel if necessary. "Hired Jenkins to demo all the old leaking galvanized water pipes and cast iron drain piping from my basement and run all new PEX water lines and PVC drains. They even corrected some faulty venting in this old house so drains are smoother, no more "gargling". Three guys came with a trailer loaded with pipe and fittings, worked through lunch and wrapped up the job complete before the wife returned from work. Great guys who got it done at a very fair price, pipe all ran straight and true. A true Master Plumber, not a "plumbing technician". Highly recommend."
