"I came in out of town tonight and the store was a disaster. A manager (had a low bun with freckles and moles) was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to another employee who was asking for help. Convenient area but this store could much better."
"Save yourself a headache and drive to Willoughby or Mentor. This store is trash. The customer service is non existent, as is management. Employees do nothing but stand around and play on their phones. The store is filthy and no matter what time of year, expect to wait in line to check out for at least 20+ min. Drive up order services are almost non existent. I have waited on numerous occasions and no one ever comes out or my order has been cancelled without my approval. Last time I attempted an order, there were more than 20 cars waiting for their drive up order and no employee in sight. I will never come to this location again, and neither should you!"
"I use the drive up service at this location all the time and I love it! I can only remember having a problem on e and it was fixed quickly. My order is always ready, complete and accurate."
"This location was really going downhill but I am seeing improvements in certain areas. They are hiring new employees who smile and are kind. The store is looking cleaner and more organized. I do wish they would turn it into a Target Super Center now that Walmart is gone. The drive up orders is a great option!"
