"We were a customer for over a decade. They always did a good job and were nice enough. For some reason, they’ve not been to our house in 2023. (They always came quarterly to clean our windows) I called twice and left a message both times. Never heard back from them. Today, they were across the street. The man was sitting in his truck. My husband went out and asked if he was planning on continuing to service us…his response was “nope”. He put the window up and drove away. I’d think long and hard before starting with this company. Everyone is short handed. If you need to cut back on houses, there is a professional way to do it. Clearly, this gentleman doesn’t know that way. So unprofessional. I would suggest anyone looking to start with this type of company, consider an different one."

Based on the size and number of gutters he gave me a fair estimate but only charged me half when he realized the job was less than he thought. Will definitely call again."
