"I brought Charley Toms in to a see a house I was considering buying with a mix of old and very, very old electrical wiring. He was able to provide a clear assessment of the electrical risks in the home, explaining the severity differences of different risks (ungrounded outlets, cloth wiring, etc), and the costs to mitigate them. Charley talked through the various low, mid, and high-end options and helped me to determine the best solution within my budget. After closing, I brought him back to do the mid-range upgrade that he recommended. Scheduling the work with him was easy, and he reached out a couple days in advance of the work to check that the day and time was still good for me.
