Dean's Line N' Bait Shop

"Decided to give this place another chance and the day before I wrote this review, I didn’t have any problems and I got exactly what I needed but I came in today and they were extremely rude. I know you had a bad day today but I don’t take it out on the customers. I caught a big fish the other day and I was gonna buy some more gear and worms and get a spinner fixed but they were rude to the people that came in before me asking for something and then they flipped out on me so I just walked out without buying anything.. I understand not wanting me to bring a skateboard through the small store, but my electric skateboard is worth more than everything inside the store combined and I don’t feel comfortable leaving it in the parking lot not sure what’s wrong with me Leaving it near the front door. There’s there’s really no consideration or understanding at the store. I can tell you lost out on a few sales today and not just for me either"

"Very rude and unprofessional. Went to buy fishing gear and work Worms and they were all soggy and dead. Come in here a lot but recently the quality has gone down significantly. The owners were hovering over me and asking many questions and being rude. They were threatening me and telling me not to touch things. Sorry but I called my credit card and do a charge back since they refuse to do a refund after selling me bad product hope you can eat $50 sloth buddy. Will be taking my purchases to Walmart now since they give you more worms for cheaper. So now they get a lose out on 200 bucks extra every month for me purchasing stuff there. Will never recommend this place ever again and will continue to find a way to get this place shut down"

"I have been going to this tackle shop for 15+ years. I have not one bad thing to say. Dean is very helpful if you need your spool lined, if you are in search for tackle/bait, and he is very good at offering knowledge about where the fish are biting. You are always greeted with a smile, a "how ya doin?" and customer service that can not be matched!! Fish On!"
