"Love this school. All three of my kids went here for pre school. Teachers are warm, encouraging, and passionate. My kids all have tree nut allergies and the whole staff was great about maintaining their safety. Would recommend this school to anyone and will surely miss this school as my last son moves to Kindergarten."
"The school is great and my son has been going there since he was 2.5 years old. However, my son was diagnosed with allergy to a few kinds of tree nuts over the summer. When we came back to the school, we were told that he will not be allowed to have snacks provided by the school (indeed from parents of the kids in the class) even though the school has a nut free policy on snacks. My son is feeling he was not included and asked a few times why he was not able to have snacks with other kids. This is our concern. We don't mind to take our turn to provide snacks to other kids and the teachers but we do mind how my son feels. This is creating a lot of trouble that we have to try very hard to make the 3-year old to understand the reason. I talked to the principal and she told me this is the school policy so the only thing she could do was to inform the chair of the school board. I just got a call a few minutes ago and I was told the board came out a decision that they will keep the policy. I do respect the board decision but I will keep my opinion. My son was born at 27 weeks but he has been doing very well. We have been trying our best to let him feel that he is not different from any other kids. This is a road block for us but we can make it through."
"This is a really great preschool with a strong emphasis on Christian teachings and values. The staff is very loving and helpful. Many of my friend's have sent their children to Prince of Peace as well. Ask a friend, I'm sure they know someone that went to Prince of Peace School."
