Reviews
"Great people that are helpful, knowledgeable, and good customer service! I needed to gather supplies for a chimney repair and, being unfamiliar with this kind of stuff, I was totally clueless. They took care of gathering everything I needed and also answered questions I had throughout the project. Cecil's went above and beyond to help me!"
"Great business. Got some gravel today. Priced right."
"People call this place a joke of a masonry store. It wasn't always like that and it's sad to see like this now."
"Told me to get 3times more than I needed and then said they wouldn't take it back"
"I would usually go to Cecil's for my block, flue, sand...etc. I got what I needed for 2 chimneys. They sold me too much mortar and a few extra chimney blocks. I kept the mortar for another job but wanted to return the blocks and flue. The guy there went over them with a fine tooth comb and rejected it for a minute amount of dirt. When I told him that Premier doesn't scrutinize it so much he told the forklift operator to put it all back on my truck and he wasn't going to allow me to return any of it including the pallets that they charge for. They don't know how to treat customers right. I will never go there again and I will send all my friends and masons to Premier. They know how to treat people right and the price is about the same."
