"We (for lack of better verbiage) toured this Five Below while waiting for someone to pick us up lol. It’s a nice place to grab a small gift while holiday shopping for sure! They have some great deals this time of year."

"BE AWARE RETURN POLICY HAS CHANGED!!!!! I had a return a couple weeks ago and was told by an employee at the airport rd location I could return it, I explained that I couldn't find the receipt but she told me even without the receipt I could just get store credit, I didn't have it with me at the time since I was with my mom. When I went here to return those items, I was told I needed a receipt, and Five Below had recently changed their policy. The cashier called up her manager and apologized, but I understood why she had to call her up. I had explained to her manager what I was told so she allowed it as a one time curiosity and I was given a gift card which I appreciated and she then made me aware when the policy changed and from now on I needed my receipt. They both were very friendly about it. Four days ago, I went back to Five Below because I had a few other returns that I had forgotten, but because I was informed last time, I looked and was actually able to find my receipt. The cashier and manager were different employees from before. When I went to return these items, a manager once again was called up but instead it was because the register for some reason wasn't scanning the barcode on the bottom of the recipet and she explained she was fairly new and didn't know how she could do the return, and this manager did return my items, just had to manually put in the skus and I was given my money back but then I was informed not only did I need my receipt but from now on I also needed the packaging which these items did not have but since I did have the receipt she accepted the return. There has been no advertisement whatsoever about this new policy. I have never been told about the new policy when checking out. All cashiers should start telling everyone when buying things because this is getting ridiculous.. Some locations still tell me I don't need the receipt, others say I have to have the receipt, I don't need the packaging, I do need to have the packaging, and now I was recently told at Quakertown if it's not reusable even IF I HAVE THE RECIPETS AND PACKAGING They cannot return it! It basically has to be either defective or at least look like it hasn't been used... I never leave negative reviews, but please know this isn't towards the employees. All were friendly in these interactions, This review is towards Five Below as a company. If you're going to change a policy, then Freaking Advertise it!!!"
