"I went to this place a few months back trying to get a walk-in haircut at a local spot. I stepped in this place, took a seat and waited patiently. After waiting for about 10 minutes someone finally attended me and informed me they don't walk-in or were fully booked (something along those lines). I don't mind that a place doesn't take walk ins, but don't have a customer waiting that long before speaking a word to them. That's poor customer service in my book."
