"I love this store, the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 though because twice now I've had a TERRIBLE experience with the grooming department. One worker in particular is rude and always seems annoyed the minute you walk in, like you're inconveniencing her by being there. She's also told me twice that my dog was difficult and bit her "constantly" while she was trying to groom him, though when other people have groomed him at that location and other petcos they've never had a problem with him biting once. The most recent time she washed him but refused to groom him due to his "biting" and called me to pick him up and then told me I wasn't ever allowed to bring him back. I wouldn't go back to her specially if it was free! She is awful for business!"

"If I can give a 0 stars I would. My husband and I just left Petco at 3895 Dryland way 8/18/23 1:14PM. My husband kindly asked Alexander knew where an item was and he gave so much attitude and just told him is in the back. I’m a vital care member for both of my dogs. I did not know how to apply my coupons and he gave so much attitude showing me, as if it’s not his job to assist with ringing someone up. As I was leaving he apologized to the person behind me as if I was wasting so much time, when I wasn’t on his line for more then 3 minutes. Worse experience ever. I don’t know if he’s racist or just had a bad day, all I know is he shouldn’t be the face that represents Petco as people are leaving. And I go to MANY Petco locations in Allentown PA, Newton NJ, and in NYC. And never had an experience like this."
