"Very upset with my experience. I had Adam and Mike come out and they jetted my sewer. From the outside to the road. Then jetted my washer line. They said I was good. I however was not. I called Joe and he sent two different people out. They magically had a camera to go through a trap unlike the first crew. Found the clog and wanted to charge another 500 dollars. Meanwhile, Joe was supposed to get back with me after that appointment. Then I get a call from one of his workers on his way to my house after I never set up an apt. The first visit they were there for 45 mins. The second one maybe 30. I was charged $320 and no issues were resolved. Very dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I also was unaware of the 2 hr minimum. Thinking I was going to be charged 160 then 320 was a big shock. Beware of this company… Update, this company has refunded my full money."

"We are new to the area, having recently purchased a home here. We called Mansfield to have our septic system pumped. Jose came out the next day and he was just great. Friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, articulate, professional. He answered our questions about the plumbing system in our new (to us) home, and gave suggestions about how best to maintain it. Mansfield is our septic and plumbing company. Thank you, Jose. -Paul and Sue EDIT: Adrian came out to troubleshoot some things and inspect, and try to make operational, a clogged basement drain. It was a wet rainy day and he'd been on a muddy job prior. He was conscientious about tracking in the house and a good sport about wearing plastic bags over his boots (his idea). He/we worked with camera and pressure hose, pick and shovel, to find and clear out the drain pipe. Thar she blows! (see pic). I now have a functional sink in the basement. Mansfield was responsive, next day again, and charge was appropriate. Thanks again folks. -Paul Edit: Crew came out (next day!) to troubleshoot our overflowing tank. They had the right equipment and quickly found and repaired the buckled pipe. They then exposed leach field components, assessed the situation and explained the options well. This is a professional outfit. They know what they are doing, have the right equipment, are efficient, courteous, and honest. Pleased to have these folks to call on when needed. -Paul"

"Had this company come to the house for a clogged basement floor drain. They were able to make it to the house the same day I called. They ran a camera through one line, and did some water jetting. This did free up the flow. 4 days later I had the same exact issue. I called them (on a Saturday morning) and explained that they were just there on Tuesday and now I'm having the same issue four days later. The gentleman told me it would be another $320 plus a "weekend charge" for them to come back out. I fully understand that there is no "warranty" period when it comes to things like this, but literally four days later and the same problem is back. To me this is unacceptable. I told them not to come, and that I would be writing this review. I called another company who also came to the house on the same day and did the job correctly the first time. Mansfield never checked the trap where the line exits the house. This is where the problem was. Their service is prompt, but their knowledge is lacking. There should have been a more thorough inspection of the complete system to ensure the problem was fixed properly, thats what the next company did, and they did a great job. I would not recommend Mansfield Sanitation."
