"Worse pharmacy I’ve ever been to the Lansford pa. Store. Refused to give me my sons meds cause they claimed the dr didn’t put something through I had dr on phone who said it was all sent through insurance approved. I only had this issue with this store the previous one I used never had this issue with his medications. The staff was very rude and made a comical joke about me paying cash for the medication but I can’t afford it that’s understandable and it’s always a long wait that place needs some new employees who actually treat people with respect."
"Very clean and organized. All employees are friendly and helpful! Pharmacy staff is very nice and work hard to help every customer and quick with prescription fills/refills. 4 stars because drive through hours are not correct. Many times try to use drive thru due to my schedule (try to make it a quick stop) and it says it's open but it isnt. Other than that this Rite Aid is the best in Carbon County."
