"I love Kindercare in Gambrills. My daughter has been attending since she was 3 years old and is now 8. My son started at 6 weeks old and is now 3. Miss Mandy (Director) and Miss Nicole (Assistant Director) take pride in how their business is run and the children are always their first priority. My daughter attends daycare while dong her virtual schooling, her main teacher Miss Tiffany is always there to help with any questions or technical issues. She is very supportive of all the children. My son's main teacher is Miss Desna. She is always teaching the children something new and keeping them active. My son loves to tell me about his day and what he participated in and what every other child did that day too. I could talk about all the teachers my son has loved, while "growing up" at Kindercare. As an infant, Miss Maria As a toddler, Miss Kim As a 2 year old, Miss Shavonne, Miss Brina, Miss Shinaya My daughter had Miss Becky in the phonics classroom when she was younger and first learning to read and it really helped her prepare for school. Then when she was older, Miss Becky taught her in a sign language class. I can't forget about Miss Imelda. She works in the kitchen. She makes sure the bellies are full and any substitute food are given appropriately. She has gone out of her way to make my child a jelly sandwich when she didn't like what was being served and I would forget to pack a lunch. There are a lot of options at Kindercare and I know my children will always be in good hands."

"We just moved to the Gambrills area and I am seeking childcare for my toddler beginning in February 2021. KinderCare is the second center in the Crofton/Gambrills area that has agreed to a virtual tour and not fallen through with it. I contacted the center on Tuesday (12/1) to inquire about their availability in their toddler program and when learning they had space, we scheduled a virtual tour that was suppose to take place this morning (12/3). I’m assuming I spoke to the director, I do not recall her name, but she informed me that she would be sending a zoom link the next day, Wednesday (12/2) and said “I have you scheduled for a virtual tour this Thursday.” Well Wednesday came and went and I had not received a link for our virtual tour. I said okay, maybe she will send it first thing Thursday morning. Well Thursday is here and it is now almost 2 hours passed my scheduled tour and I have not heard from her (or anyone from KinderCare) nor have a received a zoom link. This is very unprofessional. I rearranged my schedule so that I could accommodate theirs since she had no availability for a virtual tour this upcoming Friday. If things changed, at least have the courtesy to reach out and reschedule— my contact information was given. It’s already nerve racking trying to find childcare given the pandemic, so it’s no way I’m going to enroll my son into a program where administration lacks professionalism. I hope the next handful of centers I have scheduled a tour with do not follow suit."

"We absolutely love Gambrills kindercare! The 2s and 3s teachers are patient, kind, caring and communicative. The 3s classroom has a curriculum they follow which is fun and age appropriate. They just launched an app where pictures, videos, the menu, and announcements are uploaded daily. I love getting to see what my 3 year old is learning through out the day. I highly recommend this location."

"For nearly four years now, I have been bringing my two kids to the Gambrills KinderCare. It’s a great environment with strong emphasis on play and education. When we first enrolled, my son wasn’t quite two but was somewhat delayed in speech development in relation to other children of the same age. The caregivers recognized that this shouldn’t be a cause for distress and treated him to the same attentiveness and affection as was afforded the other children, and he rapidly progressed. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, but the center’s preschool education practices are outstanding, as well. My son will be starting kindergarten this fall with the ability to identify and clearly write letters of the alphabet, certain words (name included), and numbers, with basic addition skills and knowledge of other kindergarten-level topics (colors, animals, calendar, weather, etc.). I think KinderCare is fantastic, and I’ve already recommended it to my sister for her toddler."
