About the Business
Whole Kids Academy is a Spanish-immersion preschool located at 6006 Executive Boulevard in Rockville, Maryland. Our school provides a warm, loving environment and a holistic approach to education for families who value these qualities. At WKA, we aim to nurture confident, independent, and curious children who are eager to explore all the opportunities and adventures life has to offer.
Our curriculum focuses on creative play and interactive projects to make learning both educational and fun. We offer a unique preschool experience that combines Spanish-language immersion, holistic education, and a strong, loving community.
Applications are currently being accepted on a rolling basis, and spots are offered as space permits. In addition to our regular school year program, we also offer Whole Kids Summer Camp 2024, a well-rounded Spanish immersion outdoor day camp experience.
Parents have praised our school for the positive impact it has had on their children's development. From improved vocabulary and social skills to a nurturing and caring staff, Whole Kids Academy is dedicated to providing a safe and fun learning environment for all students.

We found the administration during our time there to be arrogant and insensitive when we raised concerns about another child who was hitting, biting and spitting on our son. My son is now in kindergarten and is so much happier than he was at Whole Kids. We are too, and we are 100% confident that we made the right choice to NOT send him to WKA for kindergarten. We will not be sending our next child to WKA. The teachers at WKA work really hard and are great people, but our opinion and personal experience was that the administration during our time there was condescending, demeaning and unhelpful."
"We did not have a good experience with Whole Kids Academy and eventually moved our child to a different nearby preschool. We butted heads with the management and found them unwilling to help. Just was a bad fit and glad we made the switch."

My son always asks for his teachers on the weekends, and they were patient with him during the transition to daycare, potty training, and managing big emotions. I'm so glad we ended up here."
