"Attentive, compassionate teachers. My daughter will have attended for almost a year in the infant and toddler class rooms. She loved her teachers and enjoyed going to daycare. The staff is always pleasant and treat customers with care. I will truly miss this place. Highly recommend to all parents seeking care close to fort Meade/ NSA"

"Allowed a teacher to continue working there (and instruct my child) after instructing another student to hit my child. When I reported it, the "teacher " was put on probation, but treated my child worse. I do not recommend!!! Turns out my child (now a young adult) has been diagnosed as on the spectrum and is still negatively impacted by the experience."

"This location was great until it wasn’t. My family was moving and could no longer attend this location & instead transferred to a location within closer proximity. In order to transfer locations your account must be paid in full - which it was. The registration and transfer was complete with the new location and my children had been attending for at least a month when I was notified that Hanover RETROACTIVED over $2,000 worth of charges on my account and refused to rectify the situation. Every time I called they were too busy to deal with the account and are not allowed to provide contact information to the department that handles the charges. They have since sent these charges to a collection agency!! If I could give zero stars I would."

"I absolutely love working at KinderCare in Hanover! The director is amazing and does everything she can to help you out! Having my granddaughter there has been wonderful and such a blessing! She's two and had never been away from her mother. Her teachers have taught her how to count and continue to work with her on potty training."

"When I first started taking my son here his teacher was awesome. But when he turned 3 he was moved to a different class and I feel like his new teachers don’t have the same level of care as his previous teacher. I complained about his pull up being full a couple of times and I feel like I get an “oh well” attitude. Overall not satisfied with his care, but my childcare options are limited right now. I feel like the curriculum is great but they need to get a better staff who actually care about providing top quality care for kids."
