"Very very unpleasant grooming experience. The groomer was late to show up to to work. Then I picked my dog up and she has 3 cuts on each of her ears. A cut on her stomach, and a cut on her leg. She looked really bad and when I picked her up I could tell that she was not cared for properly."

"As soon as anyone walks in the store you notice they greet everyone. Whether it's "Hi, how are you?" ; To "Good morning!", or just a simple "Hello" is very welcoming. You can always find someone cleaning around the store which means they care what their store looks like. Animals are cleary taken care of. Employees are super friendly, they try their hardest to ring you as fast as they can when there's a line buildup and always call for backup. This store is definitely the best Pet Store in the area!"
