Reviews
"This facility charges a $150 for per child to be on a wait-list. This fee is non refundable and they will not disclose where you are on the wait-list until after you have paid this fee. So if I were to pay, potentially 700 children could be before my own. Also, I read Nicole's review and with this place asking where you work to even give basic information it can come off discriminatory. I think the owner should tread lightly not to open themselves up to potential litigation."
"Such a great place for preschool. My daughter has been attending since the age of 2 and she is turning 4 soon. All the staff are very kind and engaged, even the people not regularly in her classroom know her name and say hello/goodbye every time we see them. Can't recommend this place enough!!"
"My daughter has been a student at Bright Horizons since she was ten months old - she is now a little over two. Bright Horizons has been like a second home for her. Her speech and fine motor skills exploded after enrolling, and she learns new skills every day. For example, she recently started counting in English and Spanish proficiently. The staff is so warm and welcoming - highlights are Joanna in the infant room, the Director, Patrice, and the Health Director, Aubray, as well as Jasmine in early preschool. The whole facility feels like one big family. I can't recommend this location enough. We are moving in July so we have to switch schools, and we will miss this place terribly."
"My 1.5 year old son has been going to Bright Horizons for almost a year. We only have great things to say about the care he receives! The only thing that isn't great is how low the sickness threshold is for having your child sent home; you better have your phone on ring!"
"We were looking forward to our daughter joining this school after our virtual tour with the previous director. We got an invite less than 24 hrs before a back to school night from an unfamiliar email that invited families on their email list to a back to school night. We went to the back to school night to meet the new director. We went to the school and toured the place without any staff since no staff person spoke to us or asked if we had questions. They spent time helping the predominantly White families. It was a big difference from our interactions with the previous director and staff member in charge of registration who were welcoming and inclusive. We withdrew our registration the next day. I hope in the future the current director and school staff focus on being welcoming to all families who enter their school regardless of perceived differences."
