"So disclaimer I went here with a friend and did not buy anything so I can't comment on the products just the service I received. While in there I asked a passing employee where the bathroom was. He actually walked me back instead of just giving a vague direction which was appreciated. I thanked him and he said no problem sir. Now I am a trans woman so this did bother me a bit however I chose not to say anything. Before he even turned around he hesitated and asked if it was sir or ma'am? I told him that it was ma'am, he profusely apologized and corrected himself. Now that would have been more than enough for me but this gentleman truly went above and beyond. He also apologized to my friend and asked her to apologize on his behalf. Sadly he was not wearing a nametag however if anyone sees this the bearded gentleman who works here truly made my day and I hope he continues to give great service."

"Fresh pair of Timberland's for the fall. Store had a good selection. One employee wasn't friendly at all. I worked in retail 35 years so I naturally speak to everyone. I spoke to this person and said good morning (I wasn't wearing a mask so I know she heard me and made eye contact) she didn't speak back. I found it rude."

"The guy working there was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He offered many different options to my request, showed me how to tell which boxes had which color without having to open and look, and gave me space to try them out and decide. Was perfect"
