"20 dollars to use the dog wash station, one was broken & turned off, the other the dryer was broken??? Not real good."

"Groomers were nice did a good job with my Yorkie however, water had gotten into my dogs ears. I had to get him to the vet for ear infections three days later. You have to be super careful which is why I bring him to be groomed vs my doing it. I am always afraid to get water in his ears. Sadly my $65 groom turned into $215 with the $150 vet bill on top."

"Pros: Usually a good experience here. Dogs are clean, smell great. Groomers are pleasant and communicate well. Online booking is convenient when its working properly. You can’t beat the price and availability. Walk ins for nail trims was ideal, i hope they bring that back. Cons: Their nails on 2 occasions weren’t trimmed completely, i avoid booking the same person when that happens, i think its just a new groomer. I also found it really inappropriate that I was solicited to do backyard breeding with my dogs. They are fixed so it was a moot point, but seems both irresponsible and a poor business practice."

"Twice I took off the morning to have dog groomed and twice it was cancelled 30minutes before the appointment...I live about 40 minutes away. When asked if another groomer could take care of my dog, I was told no but they could give me another appointment in the next 2 days. Very frustrating!!"

"I’m very disappointed after the last visit with my shih tzu! She is very friendly and definitely not difficult to work with! She came out clean apart from her face! She has some excessive tearing out of one of her eye which looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all! It looks cleaner when I do it myself! The rest of the body was cut but I was told that they had to cut it short as she was knotted which she wasn’t. I think she was just trying to fix her bad work. The cut was missing a finishing touch! The hair looks like it was not blow dried and uneven hair sticks out everywhere! No love was put into it at all! Disappointed! Now I need to go somewhere else to make her look pretty again!"
