"Absolutely awful customer experience. The store itself is good but unfortunately I won’t be returning. Claire the store associate rolled her eyes when I asked to see a manager. At first she told me I could return a suitcase I bought that malfunctioned. She asked if I used it and I said no just around my house when I realized the handle only worked sometimes.. She then said since I used it I can’t return it? Then, when i asked to see the the store manager she was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. I would’ve probably went and bought an even more expensive suitcase + did more shopping If they would’ve even offered store credit…for a suitcase I tried around my House? but no. Not good service from manager Georgia or Claire."

"I love this place I mean where else can you get a coffee cup that says “Screnity” basically and some nice clothes cheaper because of other small defects of out of season stuff. I always go here for fun. Plus the staff is nice, layout is easy to get through, and checkout is quick. Pricing is reasonable as well."

"Great place to buy some quality stuff at good prices. Have a huge selection of stuff for women , less for men. They did have some designer clothing as well at reasonable price. Pretty busy as always. Staff is friendly and helpful. Go with a budget or you will end up spending too much."
