"I’ve been going here for a while. For the first time today I saw one of the front end workers dressed very strangely. He wasn’t in uniform, wearing some fruity shirt and large hair ribbon. It made me uncomfortable."
"11/16/23 7:50 AM. Stopped in to buy DiGiorno Pizzas that were advertised for 3.99. When checking out they weren’t ringing up at sale price. When I advised a worker she was reluctant to help and then when she did she advised you needed to use digital coupons! Shame on you Giant Eagle! I am a senior citizen that doesn’t know all this high tech stuff! Needless to say will be the last time I shop here or pick up a prescription! Way too many other options out there!!"

"Ok so I love this particular Giant Eagle store but this review in particular is to commend the bakery. I ordered a cookie cake for my friends birthday and it just turned out so cute . Karen did an amazing job! Also, the staff member who took my order and who was also there when I just went in to pick this up was amazing and even sent a text to Karen to ask a question that I had. I thought that both women went above and beyond for me!! It’s not very often these days that you have such genuine kindness and attentiveness from people in customer service. Great job Bakery staff!"
