"Shattered Dreams and Stove!!! I would not recommend purchasing products from or having countertops installed by this store. I envisioned what I wanted for my kitchen and was excited to be getting a new kitchen. I went to Phila. Flooring and picked out and paid for a countertop from the samples that they had in their showroom. A week later someone came out and measured for my countertop. Several days later I received a call from the store telling me that they did not have the countertop that I had ordered after they had assured me that they had the design I wanted. Because their prices were reasonable I decided to go back to them to pick out something different. After ordering a new countertop design the countertop was installed, but they crushed my brand new stove in the process of them installing the countertop. When I confronted the store because I didn’t notice that the installers had crushed it until after they had left my home, the store would not take responsibility for the damage to my stove. Additionally the countertop does not look like the same color that it did in the store because their lighting is different and the granite countertop has small blemishes that again I noticed after the installation was completed. I will never ever purchased anything from them again in life and do not recommend them to anyone."

"I had rated this place 5 stars before. But I took it back once I dealt with customer service. Please read the full review. The good : Super quick, good quality and affordable. Also very nice sales people in the store. I bought kitchen cabinets and granite counter top. they delivered granite in 2 days. Wow! every other place gave us 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them. The bad: they broke my countertop into two pieces at the sink and called it small crack. But they fixed it pretty well. I paid a 500 deposit and my invoice balance was 1300. When the job was done, they charged me 200 extra. I did not realize that. When I went to the store to complain, they showed me a new invoice for 1500. I asked why they didn't send this to me. He said that he is giving me one now. Finally I get a 120$ refund and lots of mumbling. They should work on their customer service. Double check your invoices and charges. Overall, they have affordable options and are very quick. It's just a shame that I had to deal with the bad customer service."
