"The service at Banfield is fine and they are an average vet. However, when our dog died recently, they would not cancel our plan. They said that they expected us to continue to pay for our yearly service plan until the end of the term. They actually were the ones that euthanized our sweet girl when she was ready to go, but still showed absolutely no sympathy that we had lost our dog and were adamant about making payments for 6 more months for a pet that was deceased. They kept the ashes for more than 6 months and were completely insensitive about the entire thing. I would never use their services again, as there are such better veterinary options out there with doctors and staff who actually care. Please don't sign a contract with Banfield!"

"Hard to say who the least capable person here is. Every time I need to fill a simple prescription for my dogs eye drops I am left calling and visiting multiple times to get any result. The staff is lazy at best and provides no indication they actually care for animals whatsoever."

"My baby dog is now healthy because of Dr.Yogi’s right call. My dog had been crystal in his urine for a long time, and the previous Dr never noticed that. My baby was close to having a kidney stone, but Dr.Yogi prevented this situation. I could not be more appropriate to him. A tip: walk in for an appointment. A phone call is not good."

"Extremely recommend this Banfield. This is the best Banfield in all the area, attendants are super nice and courteous. They really understand our concerns. You can feel they love animals and what they’re doing. I give them my dog shaking because she was nervous at 8 am to drop off, and they gave me my dog at 2 pm very happy and moving her tail. I though she was gonna have a bad day since she is very old (10 years old). I told them how happy I was with them of everything they do to my pet. Thanks for everything to all the Staff who help my dog “Linda” on her last visit."
