"I drive 120 mile round trip 5 days/week for work and have to fill my gas tank every other day and this gas station is right on my route. I will stop using this place for gas. Every single pump keypad needs serviced meaning I have to walk inside and give them an amount over what I expect to be charged on my card just so I can get gas. None of the pumps will accept my debit card or credit card. Embarrassing that a company this large will not upgrade their keypads, even when it is required for gas payment at the pump."

"The worst public restroom in Morgantown! Thank goodness I had a mask on as that probably saved me from passing out with the stench/filth. BFS management, please take a cue from your competitors in the area ... specifically Sheetz. You can learn from then how to manage your disorganized store!"

"Staff is really friendly. The store is very very dirty. Large amount of bugs in the lights. Went to use the bath room. Looks an smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I do not recommend using the rest room here. Floors are sticky an Coffee is cold. There's a sheetz up the road I strongly recommend using restrooms at sheetz. It's hard to believe little Caesar's is still in this building."
