"The shirt and sweater I saw online was in stock. The sales rep measured me and was extremely helpful. Never have pants I like. Stopped carrying the flat front Oakhill cotton pants. The new tech waist are awful. The other cotton ones stretch out and fade quickly. Everything else is microfiber which I don't like for daily wear. The harbor Bay are cut tight in the butt and fade quickly. I can't afford Polo at $120 a pair."

Hadn't bought one in decades. The employee was able to make recommendations so that my husband only had to try on one, it fit like a glove and look wonderful. We were in and out in no time thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of this salesperson."

"It has been a long time and was overdue for a new suit. The Assistant Manager Susan Couvillon waited on me, and walked me through the inventory & what was available online. After fitting me for size, she showed me something new that had just come in. It was more expensive than I was originally looking for, but she told me that it was made of upgraded materials & hung nicer on my frame, with the fit being better as well. I agreed, liked the color & the look, so I happily bought it. She also went the extra mile & steamed out the wrinkles from hanging on the rack & hanger. She is a person that listens to her customers & understands what true customer service should be. I thanked her for all the care & help she provided & can't wait to wear my new suit!"

"We had to make an emergency stop because a dry cleaner had switched my brother in law's custom suit jacket and we didn't know until we were multiple states away. We went in and were helped immediately. The woman who was there greeted us, got the nature of the issue, and had a perfect jacket ready for us within a few minutes. She was super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cool glass frames, too, honestly. Anyway, absolutely recommend."
