"Rude employee. Spent almost $200 and a regular customer and the girls that work there are completely rude. They don’t acknowledge you when they check you out they only make fun of their fellow coworker that came in from lunch. Associate/Cashier AM5547 should be fired. What she was saying about her fellow coworker around customers is disgusting. Horrible customer service. My transaction number is 2316"

"I absolutely love these stores. Offline has a cleaner and a bit more fashionable clothes while Aerie carries very comfortable ones. The stores are connected making one huge store. If I could I'd buy everything. The materials are soft and cozy, their leggings are perfect for taller women too, and their bralettes are cute and comfortable. I've bought a couple of bathing suits from Aerie and I love them. Prices can be considered a but high but they have a bunch of sales throughout the year. The staff is young and nice; once in a while you might get a rude one but most of the time they are friendly and live to help. Aerie and Offline are my first stops when I come to the Mall!"

"They are rude here. Don’t acknowledge you when searching for a size, even when they are standing right there... they walk by and don’t even smile. Very awkward to shop here. However, right next door at Aerie, they are super nice and helpful. Go figure."

"The girls in this AERIE store are so rude, an employee stood there this evening and watched me struggle to look for sizes, finally said something about the sweater minutes later and was extremely rude to us. I am always very respectful in the store carefully picking up piles. After I checked out and was walking out a crowd of employees was crowded around the area talking poorly of the situation. I’m so sorry it’s apparently not your job to fold clothing and help customers!"
