"The store is huge but a bit unorganized. Leggings can be found in 3 different spots, same for hoodies, and some supplies are limited. The 4 star review balance great staff (cashier, super sweet and helpful) with a bit rude staff (floor staff). I had a defect in my leggings and the person I asked about it said that “if it gets worse” (the defect should not have happened) I’ll have to wash it (of course!) and “negotiate it with the return center”. I’ll probably ask for help in a different branch."

Lauren-Shift supervisor was able to track down a pair of fleece leggings that were no longer available online but in stores that I needed in a different size. She called 2 stores and was able to get find the right size and get them shipped. Thank you Lauren & Lululemon team! :)"
